Police arrested a North Seattle, Wash., tenant for burglary, after she allegedly poured rotten milk and ketchup on the bed of one of her roommates and damaged his door. The tenant claimed that her recent actions were just the latest chapter in a series of pranks that both roommates have been playing on each other, according to reporting by KOMO News.
