A tenant in a New York City apartment building decided to run a fish farm out of his 14th-floor rental. His neighbors don't like it because his activities apparently create unpleasant odors, the tanks leak, and then there's the noise of the tenant allegedly moving equipment across the floor in the middle of the night.
The landlord isn't any happier about the tenant's new calling and is suing the tenant for violating a lease clause that bans running such a business from his apartment, according to a report from The New York Post.
